What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, cell phone number (optional), and the business details you submit in forms.
• What our site records with your consent: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth and video engagement, tied to a first-party cookie. No tracking runs in your browser, including the Meta pixel, until you accept it in the cookie banner, and declining keeps it off. Declining doesn't switch off the server-side ad measurement described under "Who we share it with"; email us to opt out of that.
• Transaction data: payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To deliver what you signed up for: training access, reminders, receipts and the products you buy.
• To send marketing email you agreed to when registering. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
• To understand how our pages perform, using analytics you consented to, and to measure our ads with Meta (see "Who we share it with").

Text messages (SMS)

• We text you only if you entered your cell phone number and checked the SMS consent box. Messages are reminders about the training you registered for. See our SMS Terms.
• Up to 6 messages per training session. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the SMS provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our instructions: Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing of the information you give us, to write plans, ads, reports and replies), Telegram (internal alerts to our team), and our hosting and network providers, Railway and Cloudflare. We never sell personal data.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads): When you register or buy, we send Meta a hashed copy of your email and phone number, with your IP address and browser type, to measure our ads. If you arrived from one of our ads, we also send the click ID from that ad's link. The Meta pixel in your browser only loads if you accept cookies. Email us to opt out of the server-side measurement.

Your rights

• Deletion: email us and we will delete your data, including from our providers where possible.
• Access / portability: request an export of everything we hold on you.
• Withdrawal: withdraw consent for marketing, texts or analytics at any time, and email us to opt out of the server-side Meta measurement.
• These apply wherever you live, including under UK/EU GDPR and US state privacy laws.
