Is it actually live?
Yes. Florian teaches it live on Zoom and answers questions at the end.
How long is it? Do I need to prepare?
About 2 hours, including open questions at the end. Bring three numbers: classes per week, average attendance per class and monthly revenue (plus how many spots each class holds, which you know by heart). You'll use them during the session.
Will there be a replay?
Yes, for 72 hours, then it comes down. It's more useful on the day, with your numbers in front of you, and attendees get a bonus tool near the end.
Is this a sales pitch?
It's a full training first: the system is taught whether or not you ever work with us. After the training, around the one-hour mark, there's a clearly marked offer for owners who want Florian's team to build and run it for them.
